There are a lot of tools for CryTek files, did you tried Noesis for example or script made by joqqy viewtopic.php?f=16&t=12085&hilit=ryse&start=75 ? Otherwise, I will updated my script when I will have time.

No one actually looked at maps yet. I didn't have any samples of them, just weapons/characters. So, I bet they wouldn't work

Here's the script, same script just without bones. Though, as dropoff said maps has more than one uv channel - script should be updated for them. And I don't have any map/level file.

UV's yes working, didn't check them 100% because there was no textures, but it's easy to fix if they will not fit. But they looks okay. You will need 3ds max 2009 and higher btw

Here's maxscript for your files. Don't expect much it's a raw, alpha script but should work for weapons. Don't try other models like characters, they will not work I'm sure of it (if you need them to work, upload them too).

I made a basic maxscript to import your samples, I think you're interested only in weapons? Since you're uploading only them, not characters. Yes, Noesis supports Batch export. You could find it in upper left corner - Tools-Batch Process

BTW, daemon1 just released tool for bloodborne - I bet it's the same as DS3, you all should try his tool! EDIT: I checked c1070, it has extra bones, which aren't used - but rigging is there. Hammer don't have weights because it's like static object referenced to 1 bone. Even uv's looks quite correct...
