Yes, certain Frostbite games require a key entered in HEX values in order to decrypt assets from that specific game, if you type on google fifa key for frosty or something similar, you'll find it, that key is illegal to share over all out in the open.

Ah, ok, it is only an unpacker, and I wasn't sure what type of assets you had ;)
I guess only thing missing is the MDL conversion support.
