Depending what python script for importing the ASCIIs you have it can be either Noesis, or Blender. Blender recommended though, unless your talking about the import tool back in the game then is the one with *_mi.exe at the end.

Anyone have any ideas why the SMS importer keeps failing for me? ... A bit more information would help in identifying the problem but it seems based on your screenshot your using a new game that isn't fully supported by the script, also, the actual dev that made is long gone, no one else ever edite...
