The standard Triangle Fan algorithm generates too many bad triangles from the .xmx files and reports it to the user. As you can see it loads the correct triangles only.

Can you tell me which file contains the texture bitmap files?

And which utility did you use to extract the .xmx files from the .afs files?

I did not know that your sample file package have several .msh files in the levels directory.
I did find an unhandled vertex format and I modified my .msh loader module a little bit.
