Storm Trooper

Attached is the storm trooper from Unleashed 2. It is GTO, but the format is different. I hope that bones can be supported this time around. I have also included the materials, and animation.

Wet
Tried playing around with Wet files. They are compressed. Maybe someone has a clue as how to decompress this archive so we can start working on the model format.

Afro Samurai
In playing around with the Xbox360 SDK xbdecompress.exe I found that you can decompress assets for Afro Samurai too. What is now needed is to discover the model format. Here is the file so you can play around with. I think the '.vib' is the mesh format because I see faces in the hex, and ".txd&...

Re: Star Wars The Force Unleashed - PC Version .z files
As I mentioned in the video, some models have more or less bones. this would effect the script. What I need is someone to step up and fix this script so it can be automated. for the Felucian Warrior to work, you must comment out: --boneweight4 = readlong f --boneweight5 = readlong f Then it will imp...

Re: Star Wars The Force Unleashed - PC Version .z files
The file only works with Storm Trooper (Classic). The script is not automatic, because we haven't yet discovered the offsets so it will only work with every file automatically. If you want other models, you will have to use a hex editor and extract the pieces by hand for example the Storm Trooper (C...

Re: Star Wars The Force Unleashed - PC Version .z files
I have only tested it with 3DSMax 2010. Make sure to change the path in the first line (of course). All meshes work but they have to be done by hand at this point. I will post the full 3DSMax script on this board for someone to improve the script if they wish. Animation and Bones with weighting woul...

http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/4563/stormtrooper.jpg Chrrox and I have been working on the Unleashed model format. Here is a picture of a StormTrooper that we ripped. The ripping is not yet automated, yet if you would like the script it will be posted on my blog when complete: http://uberblack3d....
