use my tool (ff7r.exe) to extract them from uasset in original DDS format. They are floating point images, to keep wide range brightness values of the sky. The nibelheim scene (along with 100% of the games flashbacks) are pre-rendered video files, if you go through the games video files you can see them. For all of those, there is no map file. One question do you know or can anyone guess what the Hair_NB textures are for and which uv set they are meant to be used with.? Maybe a tangent map?
