A new hook file has to be created, previous game filenames won't work with RE8.

A thread was already created with a .resources unpacker elsewhere on the forum, so you might wanna go there next, but regardless: the Wraith tool does not work with Doom Eternal. idTech 7 is fundamentally different than 6, and the biggest difference is with the absence of Megatextures. However...

Wow, the unpacker works like a charm! Thanks for that. How's the research on texture/model conversion coming, also? I've looked through the unpacked files, and they're all in such strange formats. BITEXTURE, .entities, etc. It looks like It's going to be quite hard getting them ready to extract, tho...

Nvm, did some more looking into the issues and it turns out that it's honestly what it is, which is annoying-i'm no node master, and I'm used to Unreal Engine and Unity ripping, so that's probably why I thought they were half-assed.
