being from a mobile game is a good chance they're using some type of mobile compression, you can open the raw data in PVRTextool and test various formats. edit now i see this byte pattern in the encrypted headers and it is looking like xor based on the results :D 7A 7B 7C 7D 7E 7F 80 81 82 83 84 85...
