I've been trying to delve into the game's files but I've been hitting a bunch of brick walls. The files are in the BF format (part of the Jade engine), but most of the converters out there for other games using the same engine don't work. I thought the BFextractor tool would be promising but it does...

It actually doesn't seem to be working with any of the dinos now regardless of whether they're DLC or not. My guess is they stealth patched it since there's nothing in the patch notes about it. So yeah, RIP model converter.

Ah, yes you're right. Noesis couldn't do it since I hadn't downloaded the update.

So I've extracted the ovl files with the tool and have the textures, but Noesis can't open them nor can a dds converter convert them. Anyone have a way to get the textures on the model so I can see them? It seems very convoluted.
