Attached two images, LABS and LOGO, with a screenshot. They are displayed as 640x400, but bytes 2,3 are 0x40 0x01 (0x140 -> 320) and bytes 4,5 are 0x00c8 (-> 200), so I believe that is in fact the correct resolution.
