You can make PSF2 files using VGMToolbox.

Re: demultiplexing BIK videos
I've added Bink2 support to VGMToolbox r972 . I haven't had a big amount of samples to test with, but it seems to work with both single and multi-track audio files. Thanks to AlphaTwentyThree for the initial round of testing. If anyone discovers files that do not demux correctly, please let me know,...

Re: Playstation 3 SGB Audio Format
sometimes, these files are just AC3. Try changing the extension and using an AC3 plugin.
for looping, though, you mighthave to convert to WAV and create a POS file for playback by vgmstream
vgmstream should support the SGB files that use Sony ADPCM

Re: Atlus / Shin Megami Tensei series [PS2] (*IPS/IPU)
I see. That's too bad really. Your VGMToolbox is like the most advanced thing out there. They must have really wanted to encrypt/protect their stuff with these formats. Heck, if snakemeat couldn't do it, than who can? But hey, it's good to know you're a SMT fan too. Thanks for the compliments, but ...

Re: Atlus / Shin Megami Tensei series [PS2] (*IPS/IPU)
I made a tool to get the audio out, you can find it here: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3054. Only tested with SMT Nocturne Maniax. It's slow, and could be improved, but it works. Source is included. The video encoding process is documented in the PS2 SDK a little bit. I recall an...

Re: WWE 13 .bik2
I took a quick look, and although the container format appears the same as the original BIK (except for the "magic bytes" and version number at offset [0-3]), manually changing those bytes to "acceptable" values still results in improper playback in Rad Video Tools. Seems this is...

Re: Pac Man World 2 PS2 Music Interleave Problem
Try the vgmstream plugin (be sure to read the readme for proper setup).
If that doesn't work, I made a quick tutorial on how to get PS2 ADPCM interleave here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8460&p=68454#p68454

Re: Game cube ISO
VGMToolbox has an ISO extractor included. It can unpack GC/WII (with ckey.bin) as well. It has plenty of formats included: "GameCube, Green Book (CD-i), ISO 9660 (PSX/PS2), NullDC GDI (Dreamcast), Opera FS (3DO), Wii Optical Disc, XDVDFS (XBOX/XBOX360)" at the time of this post. Just open...

Re: Extract clean audio from DVD and Blu-ray
VGMToolbox can extract the raw audio from the VOB files found on DVDs. Just got to Misc. Tools > Stream Tools > Video Demultiplexer, and select "DVD Video (VOB)" from the drop down. Then drag and drop your VOBs onto the tool. Depending on the output (AC3, DTS, etc...), you'll need to find...

Re: psp riff wav
They are either ATRAC3 or ATRAC3plus. If ATRAC3, you need the ATRAC3 codec. If ATRAC3plus, you need to install SonicStage and HiMDRenderer. Although they have the same header as WAV files, they are actually .at3 files.
There are probably walkthroughs on both of those tasks on the web. Good luck!

I've done something similar in VGMToolbox, see the source for the ISO Extractor form here. Drop me a PM if you have any questions.

Re: demultiplexing BIK videos
VGMToolbox r879 now supports demultiplexing Bink BIK files. At this time, RAD Video Tools (binkplay.exe) does not seem to support files containing only one audio stream (and no video stream). Also, when no video stream is present, the "last" audio stream does not seem to play (try experim...

Re: Fullmetal Alchemist [PS2] .dsi
VGMToolbox r870, or greater, can handle split this file into .m2v and Sony ADPCM.
You can then use vgmstream to convert the music to WAV and mkvmerge to combine the audio and video into a single stream.

Re: Red Faction/Summoner PS2 (.VMU)
Ah, only looked at it quickly. One thing though, the length probably changed compared to MFAudio because one (or more, cannot remember) of the files had loop flags. Also, I wouldn't use MFAudio as the basis for accuracy with regards to music. Anyhow, you'll need to make a GENH file out of it or use ...

Re: Red Faction/Summoner PS2 (.VMU)
1) Trim the first 12 bytes of each VMU file.
2) Rename the output from step 1 to have ".mib" file extension.
3) Use vgmstream for playback.
