Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archive
Hello, I'm new at this. but I would like to know what file is to unlock all metal gear items online? since some are impossible to obtain and some users achieved this but there is not much information on how they do it here an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l18y3WR7ryg&list=LLOz4vsklZk...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
Best thing you can do is to opensource your scripts which pull data for mgo (without any private data ofc). This will give people a way to resurrect your site (which is always nice). TPP has a lot of data and I don't have time to work on both TPP and MGO; you will save me some time by opensourcing ...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
So that's where MGO stats came from! I remember googling for it, but when I stumbled upon that site (mgostat.com, was it?) it was already down, so I had no way to contact creators. Thank you for providing ticket, BobDoleOwndU was trying to do the same to get me a ticket, but he moved onto other pro...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
... Surprised someone else went through the trouble of doing this honestly. Unless you have a hacked console, you won't be getting on the other "servers". I have a Steam and PS3 server, really just for MGO though. Really, I think a Steam server is really the only accessible option. A hack...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
It seems some files are encrypted differently. For example, in some FPK, /Assets/mgo/script/ruleset/Freeplay.lua is encrypted, though a lot of other files from the FPKs aren't. Not sure what the difference is here.

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
Have Lua files from FPK's inside QAR's been decrypted yet?
I know someone mentioned something about this earlier in the thread, but this thread has gotten way too long for me to look at every single page...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
Are the models or gear items referenced by their filename hash?
I know for sure that the Beret is 878119308, Alert! is 327502434, but I want to see what IDs I'm missing.
(P.S. I haven't looked at the TPP files yet)

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
Not possible so far as the hash algorithm was a bit altered for TPP. It's still based on CityHash as far as I can tell. Are you sure it's a salt? Perhaps it's a different version of the CityHash library? I was getting different results with different versions before. I'll try looking out for it tho...

MGS V QAR Tool v1.2 Now supports 77*************.dat files for PS3/XBOX360 versions of MGS TPP. Example of TPP files extraction: MGSV_QAR_Tool 77d720e8d8714bc.dat -u -r -e2 NOTES 1) The INF format was slightly changed in this version. The tool should work with older versions, although I would recom...

Re: Metal Gear Solid - MTA2 audio format
The JAR works for most files, it has trouble with very large files though (there is at least 1), I haven't reworked the memory stuff quite yet.
I'll fix that stuff up soon and upload stuff to my GitHub as well.

Re: MTA2
Love you guys. :] bgm_title_mgo has 3 phases/version for sure, each is usually more/less dramatic. It seems like each phase is denoted by the first byte of each block, then the next 3 bytes are the frame number. 00 00 00 01 ... 0x12c more bytes... 01 00 00 01 ... 0x12c more bytes... 02 00 00 01 ... ...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain g0s archiv
Extracted or converted? I thought all MGS4 audio was in it's own weird MTA2 format that no one has been able to crack yet. It is, I imagine he means extracted. I've looked at some of the Sony docs for their audio library, if I put it to use hopefully I could figure out something. P.S. Someone just ...
