Codemasters using new archives for DIRT4.
Unpack seemed to succeed with quickbms, but repack still impossible.
I hope someone find a way to repacking.

Almost xml values remains in hash ID but I'm trying to modding them.
Here are a sample; police vehicles spawn as traffic :)
You can see more police vehicles and steal safely.

Anybody researching binaryclass of "vehiclespawninfo" and "trafficconfig"?
It'll allow to change vehicles spawn settings :)

sorry guys I'm in this business just a kid, but I see you're a pro. please tell me, is it possible to open these .big files? Researching and creating tools cannot be done in just a few days. (especially from scratch) In case of JustCause2 it took two or three weeks to release extract/repack tools. ...

I've never seen any PC games created by this developer.
Perhaps it takes a long time to release unpack-repack tool.
I think .big is archive and .bix is its index.
