Hi, where is "CINE" audio files?

I don't know what to do. I made the new .fsb files and replaced the originals, than I imported this files to bin/rmdp(en) and renamed result. But the game still play english versions.
Who can tell me where are "CINE" audio files?

Hello, sorry for my english. I want to dub this game. I was unpacking ep999-000-en then creating my .fsb (IMA ADPCM). After that .fsb was being copied to the folder ep999-000-en into the respective directory. All was being packed and I was starting the game, but still original tracks sounded. Where ...
