When trying to decode it seems to be working then after a few minutes it will say TWfC_util encountered a problem and has to close and the command prompt will say this... Since no one knows how to decompile .cod files could someone point me in the direction of a tutorial on what to look for to learn how to open an unknown archive format? I looked in the tutorial section but nothing really explains the basics of finding headers in a hex editor and stuff like that.

There use to be a programmed called TWfC_util that could decrypt and re-encrypt the .ini files but the program seems to have disappeared. I Googled it and either the links are dead or no one seems to have it anymore. If someone who has it could share it that would be appreciated or know of any other...
