This is more so a request I guess, but does anyone have the Timtool or the Tim2 to TGA by Jamesuminator lying around on their PC and would be willing to upload it? Now, if anyone wants to start over and create a tool from scratch that'd be greatly appreciated as well, now I'm not too smart with head...

Nope doesn't work, for 2 possible reason,
1. the most likely, that searches for TIM, not TIM2.
2. The tim2 is encrypted.

Agreeing with the rest, can someone give a link to Tim Tools? (when you look it up, well, you just get other things that just edit, and Tim Taylor...)
