Re: We wish the site to continue (Y/N)

Sorry, I did just read only about 2 pages of answers (due to time constrictions) but I want to give my 2 cents anyway... <premise you can easily skip> I never went really deep in reverse engineering myself (even if lately I've been able to make a few discoveries on ff7 and ff8 camera file format and...

Re: [PS1][Noesis] FF8 Map Character (MCH) format

Ok..after some "excorcisms" I can say that almost all the umanoid characters have the same bone structure and bone order and to put them in the T-Pose you can just apply the same rotation to the same bones and it makes you obtain a result like the Robin Williams" one :) I don't know i...

Re: FF8 - G.F. NPC and Terrain/City Models

Ok Here's an update about the npc models. Seems that datas about them is contained in Field files. Just an example.. FIELD.FS contains all the background ambients files so let's extract it: Let's take the ballroom file: bgpaty_1.fs (783kb) If we extract it (using noesis) we obtain many files and bet...

Re: [Request] Dirge Of Cerberus Final Fantasy VII models

I viewed both of the filelist,,they're the same structure in hexeditor. So i used aluigi's bms script of ff13 to open it,,1st time,it failed,,then ...

Re: Cannot ripping model from FFXII (Missing Triangles)

right click -> flip normal mode and then click on the black triangles (it should work)

Anyway could you post the procedure and the tool for extracting ff12 models (starting from the iso)?

I had some problems and viewer didn't show me the models correctly..
