Re: SOA graphic assets
That's in line with what I've found. The only remaining thorn is that some of the encrypted files use different keys (different than even the one you helped me with on the other forum) I've been trying to tweak the xor script to support those types too, without much success. (I've updated my post on...

Re: SOA graphic assets
Thanks for your help!
Now that the old SLZ format can be decrypted correctly, I'll try looking into how to unpack the unknown type I mentioned above.

Re: SOA graphic assets
Hello akderebur, thanks for your help! Here's the original file you requested (for the image above) You're also right about the SLZ script, it's not 100% finished and also cannot read some ADLD types according to what aluigi told me. I will replace the sample in my first post with the unreadable typ...

Re: SOA graphic assets
Hello Ace, Thanks for offering your help again :) And yes, it does look good. That's the result I was able to get but I'm unable to remove the scanlines. I'm able to get all images after figuring out their size, but the scanlines are present in all of them. How would one go about removing them? I've...

SOA graphic assets
Hello there, I'm trying to figure out how to read the image encoding used for Star Ocean Anamnesis graphic assets. I found out that it's a variant of ETC2 RGBA but I can't seem to display it properly with PVRTexTool. Could I get some input on how to improve the rendering or how to determine the exac...

Re: Dissidia Opera Omnia G1T textures/images
Hello AceWell,
Would it be simple enough to split them by looking at headers and figuring out their size?

Re: Dissidia Opera Omnia G1T textures/images
That has been very useful, thanks :D Could I bother you with another question? How would you go about splitting a G1T file that contains multiple assets? It's not compressed and uses RGBA 4444. I've looked at the raw data and it clearly has many different textures inside. Opening the whole file in P...

Re: Dissidia Opera Omnia G1T textures/images
Thanks for the swift answer! Corrected the slight mistake. The tool you mentioned has been getting me good results. Thanks :) Would you care to teach me how to figure out the size of the images from the header? I've been doing nothing but trial and error to find it, but I'm now wondering how it can ...

Hello o/
I've come to request some help in converting textures and images to a usable format (PNG for example).
Any help in figuring out how to properly read such files is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Re: [*.CCS] .hack//Link(PSP)
It seems that Forte and Satoh were already working on it. Check this topic-> viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2934
Thanks to Forte's CCS2OBJ tool, I was able to extract bmp/obj files :3 !
(Now I need to understand how he did it, time to learn~ )

Re: [*.CCS] .hack//Link(PSP)
Hello,
Sorry to barge in but I'm also looking for a way to extract the images contained in these CCS files.
I'm still doing my best to solve this problem by myself but I'd be so grateful if any of you guys could help us x).
Thank you,
Sorans
