Anybody up to hacking Doom 64?

I just updated my archive tool to read the Doom 64 IWAD in the US v1.1 ROM. What I don't know about is the other data formats it uses. I'd like to crack the maps in particular. They don't seem to be the same format as the old Doom or Hexen map formats.

Final Fantasy - 4 Heroes of Light Models/Animations/Textures

I am trying to get these resources from Final Fantasy and into Blender or Noesis but I don't really know how. In Every FIle Explorer I can dump what appears to be these files. A quick decompress w/ gbalzss seems to work but IDK what to do next. :errr:

This is definitely an interesting piece of software. I found that saving a .blend and opening it in Blender 2.83 LTS solved some GFX problems. This statue for example: https://imgur.com/rmB3AXo

I’ve been looking around the internet for a model program for a couple of 3DS games. I’ve been getting nowhere for most of the day too. [roll] I have these assets from using Citra to dump the RomFS. I found one other program called “GAR - ZAR Unpack” that allowed me to get the models and animations....

This is a nice program and all but are there any plans to support animation?

Also, I think it should be noted that the .POS files are what you need to specify for the BMS script to dump the .DAT files. :ninja:

When I understood the format of the btl_enemy.vld file I knew writing a program to automate the process would be less vexing than sitting on the hex editor all day. So I came up with this tool instead! It is my first attempt at coding in C# too!

I'm assuming most such models are contained in this game's btl_enemy.vld file. A quick check in the hex editor shows no such BRES entries though.

Arc Rise Fantasia Models/Textures/Animations

I've been trying to understand how to get the models, textures, and animations from Arc Rise Fantasia and I've made no progress for hours. The point of this thread is for me to understand this. I've tried program after program for nothing. All I need is to get some models into Blender or BRRES viewer.
